Pendle Three Peaks challenge in aid of Pendleside Hospice and Papyrus raises £2,396

Manny Bashah, from Nelson, organised a Pendle Three Peaks Walk which took place on 13th August to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice who care free of charge for people living with a life limiting illness, their family and carers and Papyrus who support people bereaved by suicide.The group of 26 people who were aged from 6 years old walked up and down Pendle, Weets and Boulsworth hills in one day covering a distance of 13 miles. They raised a total of £2,396 (including GiftAid) which has been equally split between the two charities.
